PHLO Gallon Size Discontinued
At UGrowFood, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our customers is always our top priority. Unfortunately, after repeated shipping issues with the gallon-sized PHLO container—resulting in damaged shipments and unhappy customers—we’ve made the tough decision to discontinue the gallon size. While we do everything in our power to package items securely, we simply can't rely on shippers to consistently deliver the gallon container safely.
But don’t worry—you can still order PHLO in the same quantity! Instead of a single gallon container, you can order four quart-sized bottles. This solution allows us to better protect your orders during transit, and if something does happen, replacing a quart bottle is far more manageable than replacing an entire gallon.
What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged If you ever receive a damaged item, please document how the package arrived by taking photos or recording a video. This evidence helps us file claims with the shipping carriers (even though the process can be frustratingly slow). Rest assured, we will work to replace your items as quickly as possible.
