At UGrowFood Inc., we believe in thoughtful, human-centered shipping—not speed-at-all-costs. While major retailers like Amazon have conditioned many shoppers to expect near-instant delivery, we operate differently. We cannot compete with their shipping prices or timelines—and we don’t try to. Every order is hand-packaged by a real person who takes the time to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety. Our goal is to deliver your items with care, not haste, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize precision over speed.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Ground.
- Average delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.
- We reserve the right to extend shipping timelines during holidays, carrier delays, or closures.
Fulfillment Time
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 12–24 hours, with most processed in under 12 hours.
- Once fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS—based on your selected preference during checkout.
Shipping Origin & Charges
- All products ship from a single location. We no longer ship from multiple warehouses.
- You will receive one tracking number per order. Shipping charges are calculated based on this single origin.
Packaging & Order Security
- All box shipments are branded with UGrowFood—either on the box itself or via branded packaging tape.
- Small orders that do not require a box will be shipped in padded envelopes.

Damaged Packages
While rare, product damage during shipping—or items arriving completely unusable—can still occur due to careless handling by carriers. We make every effort to prevent this through secure packaging and branded materials.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim within 48 hours of delivery using our Damaged Delivery Claim Form.
- Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of the damage and your order number in the claim form.
- We may require return of the damaged item before issuing a resolution.
- Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
- A product replacement
- A full refund (requires return shipping of the damaged item)
- A discount code for your next order — this is our most requested resolution
- UGrowFood is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

- We do not guarantee expedited shipping times.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other external factors.
