🌱 Root Balance Is Getting an Upgrade

Root Balance, our fulvic acid water conditioner, is getting a new formula with less glycerin, natural yucca extract, and a stronger preservative system, at the same 2–3 mL per gallon dose.

After customer feedback and more testing, we've refined the Root Balance formula. The goal was simple: a cleaner product that stays consistent from the first drop to the last, and works better alongside your system.

What's changing in Root Balance?

• Less glycerin, cleaner reservoirs. We cut glycerin way down. That means less leftover food for microbes in your reservoir, so your water stays cleaner between changes.
• A stronger preservative system. The new blend protects against both mold and bacteria, so every bottle stays fresh after you open it, not just on the shelf.
• A new wetting agent. We replaced tea seed saponin with natural yucca extract, the wetting agent hydroponic growers already know and trust. It's gentler and foams less in pumps and air stones.
• A better-mixed formula. A food-grade emulsifier keeps every ingredient evenly blended, so each dose matches the last.
• Lot-tracked. Every new-formula bottle will carry a lot number on the label, so we can trace any bottle back to the batch it came from.

What stays the same?

• Fulvic acid is still at the core, at the same level.
• The dose is the same: 2–3 mL per gallon.
• It still works with any nutrient line, in hydroponics or soil.
• Every bottle is still induction-sealed for freshness.
• We still make it in small batches so every bottle ships fresh.

Already have a bottle? Keep using it. Your current Root Balance is perfectly good. Orders placed before the switch ship with the current formula, and we'll announce here the day the new one is available.
